During distance reiki sessions you will be in the comfort of your own home and I will send you reiki healing energy from a distance. We will have an opportunity to speak with one another before the session, either by phone or video chat, so that I can learn a bit about you and the reason(s) you would like to receive reiki healing.

I will then ask you to lie down and relax, and I will send you reiki for around 40 minutes, during which time you will hopefully feel a sense of deep relaxation and a feeling of warmth around/inside your body.

After the session we will have another opportunity to chat about what we both experienced during the session. Hopefully I will be able to provide some guidance and help to ease any issues you may have been struggling with.
